If you are in the Canberra Region, visit Bimblebox 153 Birds at the Australian National Botanic Gardens to experience the birdlife of the Bimblebox Nature Refuge. Writers, Artists and Musicians from around the world have created a multilayered exhibition of poetry, prose, music and artwork.
This is a really important time for the Bimblebox Nature Refuge. Waratah Coal applied for the final mining approvals late 2019 and there is a Queensland Land Court hearing currently scheduled for April/May 2022. You can read more about the case here and here.
